How to make
Put the flour, dry yeast and sugar in a deep bowl. Pour warm water. Stir and add salt.
Knead the pizza dough, pour the oil and knead again. Leave it to rise for an hour.
Roll out the dough and spread it with the tomato puree.
Bake for 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C) and then add the cheese and on top of the cheese - onion rings, yellow and red peppers, mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of corn.
Bake the vegetarian pizza for another 2 minutes and sprinkle it with arugula towards the end.
