How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add the butter, cocoa and baking powder. Mix well. The mixture should be fluffy.
Now add the flour, my eggs are homemade and large, the mixture took up two cups of flour, it should be a very thick and heavy dough.
Grease a 11″ (28 cm) diameter cake tin with soft butter and pour 2/3 of the mixture into it.
Arrange slices of peeled pears so that they cover the dough. Bake the mixture until ready in a preheated oven at 320°F (160 °C) with a fan - it takes about 20-25 minutes.
Add hot fresh milk with a spoonful of sugar dissolved in it to the remaining 1/3 mixture. Pour this mixture over the already baked cocoa layer.
Return the cake to the oven and bake until a toothpick comes out clean - it takes about 10 more minutes to bake at the same degree of the oven.
Remove the baked pear cake, cool it and spread honey on top. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle it on top of the cake.
Cut the completely cooled pears chocolate cake into pieces of your choice.
