How to make
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Add the cottage cheese and baking soda, while mixing well.
Gradually add the remaining ingredients until a dough is obtained.
With greased hands, form small cookies and arrange them at a distance onto baking paper.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes.
