How to make
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and sprinkle them with salt.
Keep them aside for about 20 minutes, so that they can drain from the excess water.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a little salt and black pepper.
Add the grated cheese, dill, flour and olive oil.
Add the strained zucchini along with the pressed garlic.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
Spread the zucchini base with a little olive oil and garnish it with tomato slices, peppers, red onions and oregano.
Sprinkle the healthy pizza with grated yellow cheese and bake it for another 15 minutes.
The vegetarian pizza with zucchini base is very tasty.
