How to make
Place the boiled and strained chickpeas, the egg white, a spoonful of yogurt and salt in the nutribullet. Blend, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Open it and add baking soda which has been activated in the remaining one spoonful of yogurt. Blend again very briefly.
Spread the resulting mixture in a tray lined with baking paper.
Place it in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes.
Take out the tray with the baked chickpea base from the oven and spread it with a little lutenitsa.
Spread the turkey ham, the cottage cheese and the pitted olives on top.
Drizzle a few drops of olive oil, sprinkle with the spices and place the pizza back into the oven. After no more than 4 minutes the pizza is ready.
