How to make

To the beef minced meat add grated onion and tomato, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, tomato puree and spices according to your taste (salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, mint).

Knead well and leave it to rest for 10-15 minutes.

The Arabic flatbread are spread with a little oil, a not very thick layer of minced meat is spread on top, by leaving a little of the end of the bread uncovered.

Each soujouk flatbread is folded in half like Calzone pizza and is grilled or toasted.

You can also bake them in the oven with the top resistor wire on.

The baking time of the soujouk depends on how toasted you want it. If desired, you can bake it opened up.

The soujouk flatbread is served with a salad of your choice.
