How to make
Sift the flour and form a well. In it, pour in the yeast, vinegar, sugar, salt, oil, egg and yoghurt with the baking soda dissolved in it. Pour in the milk gradually, knead a smooth dough.
Pour it into an oiled bowl and leave it to double in volume. Knead the dough again and divide it into balls. Roll them out into thin pitas, arrange them in an oven dish and leave them to rise.
Cook the flatbread on both sides in an oiled grill pan. While still warm, smear them with butter, rub with garlic and sprinkle with mixed spices.
