How to make
Sift the flour with the other dry ingredients. Add the oil and the pre-melted butter, as well as the water.
If needed, add more flour. Knead until you get a soft dough.
Leave it to rest for 30 min.
Then divide it into 6-7 balls, roll them out and put them on a heated grill pan.
Once they're ready, sprinkle them with grated cheese and savory while still warm.
