How to make
To the sifted flour add the yoghurt with the baking soda stirred in it, the salt and beaten eggs.
Knead a soft dough, put it in the fridge and take out 15 min. prior to baking.
Divide it into balls, roll them out into thin sheets onto a floured counter.
Bake them on a grill pan on both sides, smear with butter.
Serve warm.
