How to make
Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt until effervescent. To it add the salt, sugar and oil and knead everything with the flour - as needed to obtain a soft dough.
Shape a pita from it, put it into a greased tray and bake at 360°F (180 °C). Wrap the ready pita in a towel. Pierce the top with a fork, so that the children don't get pox.
Tradition requires that you smear the soda bread with molasses or honey.
