How to make
The bread dough is shaped with hands into a 2″ (5 cm) thick crust.
Place it in a greased baking pan.
Sprinkle with rosemary and the mixed herb with salt.
The heads of garlic are cut into two halves.
They are placed in the baking pan next to the bread.
They are drizzled very lightly with oil. They are baked along with the flatbread.
The roasted garlic cloves are then used as a pate to spread on the bread.
The Balkan Flatbread is very appetizing.
