How to make
The yeast is mixed with a little fresh warm milk to activate it and with 1 tbsp. of flour.
In a baking pan, make a well in the flour. The milk should be warm but not hot.
Add all the products and knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise for 30 minutes, in a warm place. Knead again and shape up the bread.
If desired, you can make 2-3 cuts on top.
Leave it to rise again for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
You can check it with a toothpick to see if it is fully baked.
