Stir it with a spoon, let it rise again and fry in lots of oil (enough so that the fritters flip over by themselves in it)....

Stirring constantly, add the flour that has been mixed with the yeast.
Make a not-too-thick dough and leave it to rise....

Classic fritters are made from 2 lb flour, 1 tbsp yeast, 1/5 cup sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1/3 cup oil, 3 1/5 cups water....

Dissolve the yeast, sugar and 1 tablespoon flour in it. Leave it to rise in a warm place....

Dissolve the yeast in the milk and all the products are used to make a soft dough that is allowed to rise....

Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Pour it into a deep bowl and mix it with the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Gradually add flour and knead...

Cut out fritters with a sharp knife, or with a cup. Fry the fritters in a medium temperature oil bath....
