Stir it with a spoon, let it rise again and fry in lots of oil (enough so that the fritters flip over by themselves in it)....

Stirring constantly, add the flour that has been mixed with the yeast.

Classic fritters are made from 2 lb flour, 1 tbsp yeast, 1/5 cup sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1/3 cup oil, 3 1/5 cups water....

Add 2/5 cup (100 ml) water to the dry yeast with 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp flour and leave it to rise up....

Put the yeast, sugar and 1 tbsp flour in it. Stir and leave the yeast to bubble. It needs to triple in volume....

Heat the milk a little and dissolve the crushed yeast, sugar, 5 tbsp flour, baking soda and salt in it....
