How to make
Beat the egg whites well.
In a separate bowl, mix the two types of flour, sugar and dry yeast. Add the sparkling water, yogurt and vanilla and mix well.
Gradually add the egg whites to this mixture, while stirring at all times with a spoon or spatula.
Cover the bowl with foil and set it aside for 30 minutes.
Pour oil into a deep pan and heat it up. Scoop from the mixture with a spoon and pour it in the heated oil.
Fry the fritters, until they aquire a golden color and then take them out and place them onto kitchen paper, so that it can absorb the excess fat.
Then arrange them on a plate, pour them with topping and sprinkle them with colored sugar sprinkles.
The Japanese Fritters are ready.
