  • sour cream - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • olive oil - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • almond flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • baking powder - 0.25 oz (7 g)
  • cheddar - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated

How to make

Everything gets mixed nicely. Let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes. Distribute the mixture into silicone molds.

I baked mine in the air fryer. It is heated to 390°F (200°C) on the bake program.

Then delicious savory muffins are baked at 340°F (170°C) for 10 minutes on one side and 5 on the other.

You can also bake the keto muffins in the oven at 360°F (180°C).
