How to make
In the bread maker, put the products in the following order: milk, oil, beaten egg, salt, sugar, flour and the yeast on top. Turn on the dough making setting.
Prepare the muffin molds and grease them. When the dough is ready, roll it out on a floured surface. It should be 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick.
With a round cup (with about 3.9″ (10 cm) diameter) cut out circles. Make 1 muffin from 2 circles. Pull each circle with your fingers and fold in half and then in half once more.
Every 2 folded circles are placed in the molds.
Spread them with the beaten egg, without waiting from them to rise. If desired, you can sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 86.6″ (220 degrees) until they're ready - about 40 minutes.
