How to make
In a bowl, pour both types of flour and baking powder. Stir the mixture and make a well in it. Separately beat the egg and pour it into the well.
Add the water and stir in order to make a slurry. In case the resulting mixture is too thick or too thin, adjust with more water or flour.
Add the finely chopped olives and basil. Stir once more and pour the mixture into the lightly greased molds.
Bake the savory muffins in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 35 minutes.
