How to make
Heat a little milk and dissolve the yeast in it. Add the sugar, 2 eggs and salt. Stir well, start adding portions of flour and knead into a soft, elastic dough. Leave the dough covered with a towel in a dish for 15 minutes.
Then divide it into 8 balls and roll each one out into a thin circle. Cut out 8 triangles as if cutting a cake. Fill each with a little crumbled feta cheese or finely chopped sausage (or other stuffing, if desired) and roll them into scones. Arrange them in a buttered tray close together and leave in a warm place to rise.
Brush the risen scones with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Distribute the butter on top and put them to bake in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven. Cover the baked scones immediately with a towel to smother and for the butter to get soaked up well.
