How to make
Beat the eggs along with the brown sugar and milk in a bowl.
After that, add the sifted flour with the baking powder (we have grinded the oats in a chopper into a fine flour), with continuous stirring.
Add the pinch of salt, vanilla and the melted butter (at room temperature).
You should get a cake-like mixture.
Before pouring the waffle batter, grease the waffle iron (preheated) with oil, by using a silicone brush.
Spread the waffles with fig jam (or one of choice).
Serve the waffles with flaxseed flour warm!
