How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. Stir the baking soda into the yogurt, until it activates and pour it in the eggs.
Add the flour and knead a medium soft dough. Cover it with a towel and leave it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Roll it out into a crust, which is about 0.3″ (0.8 cm) thick onto a floured surface. With a knife cut the crust into squares or rhombuses.
Fry the buhti over medium heat on both sides, until they aquire a golden color. Serve them warm with cheese, jam or honey. Great breakfast for the weekend!
