Beat the eggs along with the sugar on the highest stage of the mixer - it takes about 5-6 minutes.
Then, on first stage, I add the other products in this sequence and sift the flour with the baking powder.
Divide the mixture in two, add the cocoa to one and alternate a spoonful of each mixture into a greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan, until you run out.
Bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) without a fan, for about 40 minutes or until it is fully baked.
The spectacular and very tasty sponge cake is great!
