"Spectacular and even tastier sponge cake for the whole family and for all guests"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 7.8 oz (220 g)
  • milk - 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
  • oil - 8.5 fl oz (250 ml)
  • flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • vanilla - 2 pcs. (4 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs along with the sugar on the highest stage of the mixer - it takes about 5-6 minutes.

Then, on first stage, I add the other products in this sequence and sift the flour with the baking powder.

Divide the mixture in two, add the cocoa to one and alternate a spoonful of each mixture into a greased and sprinkled with flour baking pan, until you run out.

Bake the sponge cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) without a fan, for about 40 minutes or until it is fully baked.

The spectacular and very tasty sponge cake is great!
