How to make
Add the bacon to the mince, chopped onion, garlic, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper and parsley and pour about 4 fl oz (120 ml) of water and mix well.
Knead the dough from the flour, the 5 fl oz (150 ml) of water and the salt, the dough should be hard. We let it rest a little.
Then we roll out the dough and cut it into four, sprinkle it with flour and put them on top of each other, roll out again and put flour and so on until we get at least 12 layers.
Optionally, we can cut them into circles or squares and fill them with the mince, grab the edges and rotate them and press them so that they do not open.
Put them on a cutting board so that you make their bottom flat.
Add salt in boiling water and let these khinkali boil until they float with the bottom up and for another 1-2 minutes, then remove them - they are boiled for a total of about 10 minutes.
After removing them, sprinkle the khinkali with black pepper or mixed herbs and salt.
