How to make
Dice the veal and season it with the red wine, both types of pepper, cumin, turmeric and salt.
Cover and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
To make the sauce, mix the spices for it.
Heat the grill. Take the veal out of the bowl and stick it on skewers.
Smear the skewers with the spices and grill. Serve with a salad of your choice.
