How to make
Cook the pasta according to the instructions and then strain the excess water.
Put the pot on the stove and put the lard in it. Finely chop the onion and beef shoulder into slightly larger pieces. When the fat is heated, add the onion and fry it well.
Once it has softened, remove it from the heat, add the sweet paprika and universal seasoning and mix everything together.
Return it to the heat and add the beef. Fry it for about 10 minutes, then add water and let it boil.
Boil for about 2 and a half hours, by adding a little water at a time, until the meat is completely tender.
After the two hours are up, let the water evaporate for another half hour and only the juice will remain.
Remove the unique goulash from the heat, add the strained pasta and mix, then serve the pasta goulash.
