How to make
Today I present to you an extremely tasty, healthy and economical recipe for Austrian Goulash, prepared in just 30 minutes, which you will be amazed by.
Let's proceed to the preparation. Cut the pork leg into small pieces and season with savory herb, salt and black pepper. Roll the meat nicely.
Cut the garlic into slices.
In the multicooker, put about 4 tbsp. of oil and when it heats up, add the meat and garlic to seal it.
When the meat acquires a white color, add the chopped carrots and potatoes, which we have cut into quarters, into the multicooker.
Add about 30 ml of water to the meat, change the multicooker program to steam cooking and leave it for 10-15 minutes, until all the products are cooked well.
Meanwhile, finely chop a medium-sized onion. Coarsely cut the spring onions and chop the peppers into strips.
When the meat releases broth, strain it and leave it aside, wait for the products to fry and then add the peppers and onions. I did this to speed up the process and still keep some of the nice broth.
When they are fried well, pour the broth.
Mix well a tablespoon of tomato puree in the tomato sauce and add it into the multicooker.
Let it boil for about 10-15 minutes and the goulash is ready to be served.
This dish is amazing, because its aroma is amazing, the products are typical for every household and it is cheap to prepare.
Four flavorful portions are obtained.
A perfect recipe to impress your guests with.
Just try it and judge for yourself.
Enjoy!
