  • rice - 9 oz (250 g) for risotto
  • carrots - 2
  • zucchini - 2
  • mushrooms - 4 large
  • onions - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil

How to make

The onion is finely chopped and stewed in a little oil. After 5 minutes, add the finely chopped carrots, mushrooms and zucchini.

Fry for 15 minutes, by stirring. When they are ready, the appliance is turned off.

Add the spices: salt, black pepper, dried vegetables mix and basil.

Add 9 oz (250 g) of rice, which we mix with the rest of the mixture, and pour 850 ml of hot water.

The device is switched on to the risotto program for 35 minutes and closed.

Once the risotto is ready, leave it on a keep-warm program.
