How to make
Cut the pork ribs. Mix them with the spices and leave them for 2 hours to absorb the flavors well.
Arrange them in a baking pan. Pour water or beer halfway of the level of the meat.
Cut pieces of butter on the ribs.
Cover the baking pan with foil and roast the pork for an hour at 390°F (200°C).
Remove the foil, reduce the heat to 360°F (180°C) and roast them, until they're nicely browned.
From time to time pour the sauce over the oven-roasted pork ribs.
