Wash the pork chops well with cold water, then sprinkle them with salt and black pepper on both sides....

Then remove the aluminum foil, carefully turn the pork schnitzels over and put them back in the oven.
Bake them for another 10-12 minutes....

Again, put the pork tongue in the oven to bake, but do not leave it for too long, so that it does not become dry....

Be careful when serving, because the oven roasted pork shank can fall apart from the bone....
