How to make
Grate the ginger, peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
Pour both types of sauce into a bowl and add honey, garlic and ginger.
Cut the meat itself into cubes and put it in the marinade. Keep it like this for about an hour or two.
Take it out and start arranging the skewers.
String on the marinated meat first, then chopped bacon and a piece of chopped onion.
Alternate until the entire skewer is filled.
Place in the oven and bake until done, turning on both sides.
After removing them, sprinkle with seed mix and then serve.
The oven-baked skewers are ready.
