How to make
Cut the pork tails into pieces and fry them, by adding garlic cloves (2-3 pcs.) to the fat.
Then transfer them into a pressure cooker (or a regular one) and pour enough water to cover them.
Add the black pepper grains, bay leaf and salt. Close the pot and boil for about an hour/hour and a half.
Cool the pot, open it and carefully remove the tails. Arrange them in a baking pan and sprinkle them with the three spices. Add whole cloves of garlic and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 35 minutes.
Serve the beer appetizer with sliced onions and parsley leaves.
The baked pork tails are very tasty.
