Ingredients

  • pork - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • potatoes - 3 - 4 pcs. medium - sized
  • red peppers - 2 pcs.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 onion
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • savory herb - 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable spicy - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley
  • for the marinade
  • soy sauce - 8 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 10 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Cut the meat into large pieces and marinate it in a mixture of 5 tbsp. oil, 4 tbsp. soy sauce and honey for several hours.

Clean the potatoes, zucchini, carrots and onions and cut them into rings.

The red peppers are washed, cleaned from the seeds and also cut, but into thin rings.

At the bottom of the sach, pour oil and add all the vegetables to which we previously added 2 tbsp. vegetable spice.

Arrange the pepper rings on top and sprinkle with the savory herb.

On top of all that, arrange the marinated pork.

Place the sach in the oven and bake until done, by stirring occasionally.

Serve while the sach is still warm, with finely chopped parsley.
