How to make
Clean the carrots, pepper and onion and cut them into thin strips. Cut the pork into thin juliennes. Put the pork in a bowl and add the soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir well and leave it to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Clean the garlic and spring onions. Cut the garlic into small pieces and the spring onion into small pieces.
Boil the noodles in the water as instructed by the manufacturer and strain them.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium to high heat. Fry the marinated pork juliennes for about 15 minutes and stir them occasionally. Take them out of the pan and pour the thinly sliced vegetables. Fry them for about 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add the finely chopped garlic. Season with a little sugar, Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth. Add the dissolved 1 tbsp. of cornstarch in 4 tbsp. of water and stir.
Add the pork juliennes and noodles and mix everything well.
Cook and stir at all times, in order to mix the products well for about 10 minutes.
Serve the fried rice noodles with pork and vegetables hot, by sprinkling them with chopped spring onions.
