Ingredients

  • mince - 21 oz (600 g)
  • spaghetti - 1 packet, Italian
  • olive oil
  • onions
  • carrots
  • garlic - to taste
  • tomatoes - 21 oz (600 g) canned, homemade, or tomato paste
  • parmesan
  • salt
  • oregano
  • basil
  • black pepper
  • paprika

How to make

Dice the onions and carrot, saute them in the pan with oil. Add the ground mince, stir until you've crumbled it and saute.

Sprinkle with black pepper, curry, paprika, stir. Add the tomatoes, mash 2-3 garlic cloves and sprinkle oregano and basil. Leave to simmer on low heat.

Pour water in a pot - a little past halfway. Wait for it to come to a boil, pour in a little olive oil and 1 tbsp salt. Add the spaghetti, without breaking or folding them. Leave them to submerge in the boiling water on their own. Boil 6-8 min. according to packet directions, no more than 8 min.

Then drain the pasta and serve in deep plates. Sprinkle with the Bolognese sauce that you made and coarsely grate parmesan on top.

Serve with a glass of white or red wine!
