How to make
In a deep pot, boil water with a few drops of oil and a pinch of salt. That way the pasta won't stick.
When the water boils, add a pasta of your choice. I used spaghetti. I boiled them for a few minutes, but not until they were fully ready.
Drain the water, mix with cream and set the spaghetti aside. In a deep frying pan pour the stewed finely chopped garlic in 3 tablespoons of oil.
Add the zucchini, which we have peeled and cut into thin strips, then the cut in half cherry tomatoes. When a nice sauce is obtained, season with salt, black pepper and add the shrimp.
They need a few minutes, then add the pasta in the pan. Leave them to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
During this time prepare the pesto from basil, garlic, walnuts and olive oil. Blend and season it with a little lemon. Serve the finished pasta and garnish it with fresh pesto.
The colorful spaghetti with shrimp are ready.
