How to make
Fry the finely chopped onions in 2 tbsp (30 g) butter. Add the orange juice and vermouth and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes. Add the remaining butter, cream, spices and brandy.
Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture and leave the sauce in a warm area. Clean and boil the shrimp. Peel the oranges and divide them into pieces.
Pour them with the shrimp into the sauce and stir. Pour this over the pre-boiled and still warm spaghetti.
