How to make
Beat the egg, add the water and flour. Knead the dough and leave it for 30 minutes at room temperature.
During this time, season the minced meat by finely chopping the onion and adding it along with the salt and black pepper.
Divide the dough into 4 parts and make it in the form of a roll. Cut this roll into circles of about 1-1.5 cm and roll each one out separately until you get a circle with a diameter of about 4-5 cm.
Fill the rolled out circles with 1 full teaspoon of minced meat and fold the dough in half - to form a semicircle (the preparation is similar to pastries).
Press the edges well on the side and twist them like a circle (as in the picture).
The already prepared pelmeni are boiled in salted water. Put no more than 10 in the pot, one by one, so that they do not stick.
Boil them until they rise to the surface - about 5 minutes. Serve them warm and pour them cream.
