How to make
Mix 1/3 cup of water with the milk and salt. Pour the flour on the table and make a deep well. Gradually add the milk and water. Knead the dough and finally put the oil in. Roll out the dough very thinly.
Using a glass or form, cut it into circles. On each one, put some stuffing. You can prepare a filling from equal parts pork and beef, seasoned with salt, black pepper and onions. Pinch together the ends of the mini pita, to form a crescent.
In an aluminum pot, boil salted water and start putting the pelmeni in it. When they rise to the surface, take them out.
Serve them immediately with butter, vinegar, cream or mustard.
