Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • heavy cream - 6.7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • minced meat - 9 oz (250 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • canned tomatoes - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • basil
  • yellow cheese - 1.75 oz (50 g)

How to make

Strain the cooked spaghetti and mix them with the cream and eggs.

Stew the chopped onion and garlic and add the minced meat. Stir until it has also fried and add the tomatoes, but without the juice from the jar. Season with spices and stew for another 10 minutes.

Pour half of the spaghetti on the bottom of a silicone cake mold. Put the minced meat filling on top and finish off with the remaining spaghetti.

Bake the dish in a preheated oven until nicely browned.

Cool the baked Spaghetti Bolognese Cake for a few minutes and turn it over onto a suitable plate.

You can sprinkle it with grated yellow cheese.
