How to make

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package. During this time the Bolognese sauce is prepared.

First, the mushrooms are cleaned, they are cut into slices and fried in a little fat. Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic and add them to the mushrooms.

After they are fried, add the minced meat. It is best if it is only beef, but it is not necessary.

Stir the sauce and add the red wine as soon as the minced meat is crumbly.

After it evaporates, add the grinded tomatoes. Season the sauce with salt to taste, add the spices and let it thicken.

Serve the finished and strained spaghetti with the sauce, grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves.

The Spaghetti with Mushroom Bolognese Sauce is ready.
