Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 14 oz (400 g), egg - free
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • flour - 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • oil
  • parsley - 2 tbsp
  • vegetable broth - 1/2 cup (125 ml)
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Heat the oil and braise the onions and garlic. Add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms and parsley and braise. Once the liquid evaporates, add the flour and stir. Pour in the wine and broth, stir.
