How to make
Wash the legs and divide them into thigh and a lower leg.
Salt them, sprinkle with curry, black pepper and paprika. Rub them well with your hands to evenly distribute the spices.
Prepare a marinade for chicken from the mustard, ketchup, soy sauce and oil. Using a brush, spread both sides of the chicken legs and shoulders with the marinade.
Refrigerate for a few hours.
Bake the juicy chicken legs in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for 30 minutes under foil and for another 30 minutes without foil until golden.
