Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • wax beans - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • water - 8 cups (2 L)
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • tomato sauce - 2 cups
  • ground black pepper - 2 pinches

How to make

We clean and cut the wax beans into large pieces.

Pour it into a pot and cover it with water.

Add the chicken fillet, which has been cut into pieces.

Boil the chicken stew on the stove for about 20 minutes.

Then add the oil, onion, tomato sauce and salt.

Reduce the heat and boil the wax bean stew for another 50 minutes, until it thickens.

Sprinkle with black pepper, turn off the heat, close the lid and leave it for 20 minutes.

Then serve the delicious chicken and wax bean stew.
