How to make
Rinse the chicken necks with water, place them in a deep bowl and season them with salt.
Rub them generously with spices and stir.
Clean the garlic cloves, rinse them with water, press them and add them to the chicken necks.
Add the mayonnaise, mix well and leave them aside for an hour.
Grease a baking tray or pan with vegetable oil and place the chicken necks there (preferably one or two layers maximum).
Bake the necks in an oven at 360°F (180°C) to 390°F (200°C) for about half an hour.
Serve them with garnish of your choice.
