How to make
The drumsticks are cleaned, washed and dried. They are sprinkled with salt and rubbed with butter.
On a plate, mix the dry spices - paprika, cayenne pepper and black pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, coriander and thyme. They are mixed well, then the drumsticks are rolled in them.
Place them in a container with a lid and place them in the refrigerator for about two to three hours.
After that, the drumsticks are arranged in a greased tray, about 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of beer is poured and placed in the oven.
Bake at 370°F (190°C), by turning them halfway through.
They are ready when they acquire a nicely browned crust.
The oven-baked chicken drumsticks are very tasty.
