How to make
The chicken drumsticks are put in a pot of salted water to cook a little, but not completely.
Wash the rice and put it in the baking pan. Finely chopped onion, carrot and fresh parsley are added to it.
Add salt, black pepper to taste and fat. Arrange the semi-cooked chicken drumsticks on top of the rice.
Pour about four cups of the broth in which the drumsticks were cooked.
The dish is baked in the oven until the rice and drumsticks are ready.
If necessary, add a little of the broth while baking the oven-baked rice.
