My suggestion for lunch is delicious oven-baked chicken with rice and white wine!
Now here's how I made the chicken with rice.
First, I washed the chicken, salted it and arranged it on the baking pan.
I sprinkled it with some black pepper and savory herb. I poured the oil and white wine, and added a glass of water.
The baking pan is placed into the oven, until the chicken drumsticks are lightly baked.
Then I add a cup of rice to the meat, mix it with half an onion (finely chopped) and savory herb, 1 carrot (small, cut into rings).
I pour it with three cups of water, stir well in the baking pan to distribute the rice evenly and bake until it's done. I bake the chicken drumsticks with rice at 370°F (190°C) without a fan!
Wonderful and delicious - the white wine adds an incredible aroma to the whole dish.
