Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • red pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1 tsp.
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1 tsp.

How to make

Wash the chicken wings, the larger ones are divided into two parts to get small drumsticks.

In a bowl, mix the oil, add the soy sauce, honey, red and black pepper, a little salt and finally add the spices oregano, thyme and ginger powder.

Mix the marinade well and spread it on the chicken wings, place them in a bowl, which is covered with transparent foil, and leave in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to absorb the marinade and the aroma of the spices.

Heat a barbecue with charcoal, pre-grease the grill, preferably with a piece of salo or lard.

Arrange the chicken wings and barbecue on both sides until done. Finally, toast slices of bread on the grill and serve the ginger wings with fresh salad.
