How to make
Fry the chicken wings in oil in a deep pot, until they aquire a golden brown color. Reduce the heat and add the chopped onion and season with as much salt as you like.
After a few minutes, add the thinly sliced carrots, whole or halved mushrooms and finally the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, black pepper, lemon juice and a little water or broth.
Cover the pot with a lid to stew the chicken and leave them simmer on the stove, until they soften well.
The Stewed Chicken Wings are very tasty.
