Ingredients

  • chicken wings - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soya sauce - 1/2 cup
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • garlic - 1/2 packet of dried
  • curry - 1 tablespoon
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
  • corn flour - 1 cup

How to make

From the soya sauce, dill, salt, dry garlic, curry powder, cayenne pepper, make a marinade and smear the wings with it.

Allow to stand for 24 hours in the refrigerator. Then roll them in corn flour and fry.
