How to make
Wash the wings, mix the two types of flour in a deep bowl, add the salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything well.
Heat a deep fryer or a deep frying pan with a lot of fat, dip each wing in the flour mixture well and then beat off the excess flour.
Fry for about 7-8 minutes, until crispy.
Drain the fat from the beer appetizer by leaving it on kitchen paper and serve with a sauce of your choice, or on its own.
